CANDIDATE SELECTIONOnce the recruitment proposal is agreed upon, the specifications will be evaluated against candidates held on our comprehensive database, which is aimed at highlighting existing candidates who can offer immediate potential for placement. In many assignments we present the position to the wider marketplace through visually arresting, targeted advertising in appropriate media. CANDIDATE INTERVIEWSOur in-depth interviews are conducted confidentially and cover the prescribed list of competencies, with the goal of clearly defining candidates with the greatest potential for meeting both the immediate and long-term requirements of the client. CANDIDATE SHORTLISTEach shortlisted candidate is presented to our client by way of a detailed resume report, accompanied by a face-to-face briefing on each of these candidates. Detailed reference checks are completed on all final shortlisted candidates and a written report is prepared. Objective and well-researched advice on salaries and remuneration packages is offered as required by the client. In this way we are able to add value to the selection, negotiation and appointment process. CANDIDATE APPOINTMENTThe appointment of the candidate to the proposed position is not the end of the process, but rather the end of the beginning.
